 Our Mint Pecans are unique is because they are registered with the United States Patent Office.

We begin with Class 1-AAA Pecans from the award winning pecan groves in South Georgia. These pecans are inspected before they leave the packing house, and we personally inspect them again when they arrive at Vaughn Russell Candy Company. Our pecans are then roasted to perfection using just the right temperature and time controlled to within plus or minus two seconds, seasoned and cured .Then every single pecan is hand dipped with the minted chocolate coating.
The process for Mint Pecans has not changed one iota in the last 52 years !
